The Lafayette Fire Department will host a 9-11 Remembrance Ceremony on September 11, 2021 from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM in honor of the 20th anniversary of the event.  

The event will take place at Riehle Plaza, the John T. Myers Bridge, the Depot, and the Depot Parking lot.  It will also include the closure of Second St. between Ferry and Main in downtown Lafayette.  There will be traffic control in place to alert vehicles and the street will reopen once the ceremony has ended.
