On February 23rd, at around 5:00 am, the Lafayette Police responded to the 3800 block of Ashford Court for a report of a stabbing.   Officers arrived and located a male victim in the parking lot with a stab wound to one of his legs.  The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Officers interviewed witnesses who reported there was an argument between the victim and the alleged suspect prior to the stabbing event.  The alleged suspect fled the area prior to the police arriving.
