Criminal Recklessness with Deadly Weapon - Arrest

On April 19th, around 11:55 pm, the Lafayette Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 1000 block of State Street.  Officers responded to the scene and encountered the reported female victim, who stated as she was driving, a motorist in a white passenger vehicle shot at her car.

The case has been turned over to the Tippecanoe County Prosecutors office to review for charges.  Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Lafayette Police Department at 765-807-1200 or the anonymous We-Tip Hotline at 800-78-CRIME.
