Brown Street Robbery Arrests


On July 11th, 2017 at approximately 12:55 am, the Lafayette Police Department received a report of an armed robbery in the 1100 block of Brown St.  Officers from the Lafayette Police Department and a K9 officer from the West Lafayette Police Department responded to the area.  During the investigation Officers were able to obtain descriptions of the 2 suspects involved. 


The two suspects were later located at a residence in the 900 block of Union St.  Police arrested Boyaa Manney (20) for armed robbery with a deadly weapon.  A 17 year old juvenile male was also arrested for armed robbery with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm.  Both suspects were transported to the Tippecanoe County Jail.  There were no reports of injuries.
