Seminole, Oklahoma Fugitive Arrested

 

On July 11th, 2017 at approximately 3:45 pm, the Lafayette Police Department arrested Donald Alvin George (30).  George recently moved to Lafayette from Seminole, Oklahoma. The Seminole, Oklahoma Police Department contacted the Lafayette Police with information George was staying at a residence in the 2500 block of Iroquois Trail, Lafayette. 


The Lafayette Police Department located George and conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Sagamore Pkwy South and South Creasy Lane.  George was arrested without incident.  George was arrested on the Seminole, Oklahoma warrant for nine counts of forcible sodomy with a child under 14, and two counts of lewd and indecent proposals or acts against a child.  George was transported to the Tippecanoe County Jail.  There were no local charges.
