In conjunction with the Tippecanoe County Coroner’s Office, The Lafayette Police believe they have identified the body found in a ditch off of Promenade Parkway around 12:20 Monday afternoon. The Tippecanoe County Coroner’s office has notified family members, but will wait for pending forensic testing results for positive identification before releasing the name of the deceased to the public.
The deceased is that of a Caucasian male in their 30’s.
There is no evidence indicating this death involves foul play and police do not feel there is any danger to the public regarding this death investigation.
