Stories for Shorties
McAllister has a new program for kids ages 3-5 years old called Stories for Shorties! This program is geared toward helping pre-school age children learn through short stories. They’ll discover counting, animals, the alphabet, seasons and much more! The class will be held every Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Ashley Conner, Camp Counselor at McAllister for 3 years and current Elementary Education major at Purdue University will be teaching these classes.
General Information
- Ages: 3-5 years
- Price: $5 per class or $17 for monthly session (4 classes)
- Register: Drop-in at the McAllister Recreation Center for individual classes and monthly sessions. Online registration is available for monthly sessions only at: www.lafayetteparksreg.org.
