[ARCHIVED] Enhancements to Utility Billing Customer Payment Portal!

logo

In an ongoing effort to offer improved convenience and efficiency, the City’s water, sewer, stormwater and irrigation customers are now able to pay with a credit card or an electronic check and to self-enroll in electronic fund transfer (EFT) for automatic monthly payment. Payments are reflected instantly, balances are updated in real time and customers can view images of current and past bills, as well as a graphical representation of water consumption.

The online customer portal may be accessed at lafayettepay.com or by following links from the City’s website, www.lafayette.in.gov.  Customers who wish to manage utility accounts must have their account number(s) and customer number from their bill for the initial setup. Complete instructions are available on the portal.

The City of Lafayette remains committed to responsible fiscal management and responding to the needs of its utility customers by offering digital and electronic services. For more information or for assistance enrolling, please email ubquestions@lafayette.in.gov or call (765) 807-1100.
