Lafayette Police Make Arrest for Child Solicitation

On October 16^th, 2018 the Lafayette Police Department received information about child solicitation from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that was occurring in Lafayette.  Detectives with the Lafayette Police Department, in conjunction with the Tippecanoe County High Tech Crime Unit investigated the information. 

On November 5^th, 2018 Adam Christopher Avila was arrested for child solicitation, sexual misconduct with a minor, and possession of child pornography.
