Kettlehut Construction will be installing temporary construction drives and eventually the installation of permanent new drives for TCPL South Branch Library. Closure locations approx. 50' of walking trail North of CR 430 S to the West of roundabout at intersection with S. 18th Street. Approx. 66' of walking trail on the West side of S. 18th Street to the North of roundabout at intersection with CR 430 S. from 4/4/19 to 12/30/19. Closures will be at construction drives for new South Branch Library. Existing walking trail will be removed and stone construction drive utilized until permanent drive paving and new concrete sidewalk can be installed late summer or early fall. The sidewalks on the East side of Main Street and the North Side of Wallace Avenue will be closed adjacent to Loeb stadium through the end of the project in the fall of 2020. Main Street and sidewalks on both sides will be entirely closed. There will not be any access to Main Street from Wallace Avenue, Congress Street or 21st Street during the closure. Rieth-Riley will be resurfacing the intersection of 9th Street and Greenbush Street 11/1/19 as a night job. There will be some work done during the day on 11/1/19 with flaggers present. This will be starting at 6 PM going to 6 AM. Depending on weather they have until 11/4/19 to finish paving. There will be a hard closure in place at 10th Street on Greenbush Street, the detour will lead traffic to 9th Street. The intersection of 9th Street and Greenbush Street will still be accessable, down to one lane. There will be flaggers in place to make sure traffic flows correctly.
