J. R. Kelly Co. will have the following sidewalk closure at Loeb Stadium from 8/15/19 through 11/30/20. The sidewalks on the East side of Main Street and the North Side of Wallace Avenue will be closed adjacent to Loeb stadium through the end of the project in the fall of 2020. The temporary school day closures to allow for extra space during recess will be on North Street from St. Michael Center to 8th Street starting on Monday, August 17th until the end of the school year. The alleys and parking lots in the area will remain accessible during this time. The closure will be for 30 minutes starting at 11:35 am and ending at 12:05 pm. East bound Main Street will be closed from 9th Street to 11th Street. Continue to follow detour signs that are present. Also, 10th Street from Main Street to Columbia Street will be closed. Demo and curb replacement from the intersection of S. 24th Street and Wallace Avenue, 250' East along Wallace Avenue from 10/14/20 to 1/13/21. This is to make ready for asphalt for the Loeb Stadium project. Two-way traffic will be maintained. There will be a shift to allow this. Watch for signage and temporary stripping. Beginning October 26th Wallace Avenue will be completely closed to through traffic between Park Avenue and 24th Street. Buford's Tree Service will be trimming trees along power line that runs by the East side of S. 18th Street between South Haven Blvd. and Shoshone Dr. for Duke Energy. This will be a moving and temporary lane shift during the project. However, Northbound and Southbound traffic will keep flowing as usual. This will be from 11/17/20 to 12/2/20.
