Lafayette Traffic Commission Meeting

Lane Restrictions - Entire Southlea Subdivision

From March 22 to December 31, there will be gas line work in the entire Southlea Subdivision. Bound by Beck Lane, S 9th St, Twyckenham, and S 18th St, activity will be centered in the subdivison along with supplies/equipment and care will be taken to minimize disruption to the flow of traffic. Lane Closures - Vinton Woods Subdivision

From July 20 to November 17, there will be partial closures throughout the Vinton Woods Subdivision to repair portions of the concrete streets. Roads will be down to one lane at a time as work progresses through these areas: Catalpa, Cedar, Price, Peppertree, and Almond - beginning on Catalpa and moving towards O'Farrell. Lane Restrictions - Highland Park Neighborhood

From August 23 to October 14, there will be lane restrictions in the Highland Park Neighborhood for curb replacements. This will include Wyandotte, Shawnee, Highland, Central, and Cherokee. Road Closure - Eppingham and Concord

On or after 09-05-2023 HIS Constructors Inc. will be closing Concord Road between Marcasite Blvd and Promenade Pkwy to through traffic. Access to Marcasite Blvd will be open south of the closure through the entirety of the project. This closure will be in place for approximately 3 months. Detour routes will be marked, and Maintenance of Traffic Plans are available for viewing on the Tippecanoe County Highway Department Web Site under “Current Project Plans and Documents.”

Road Closure - Mulberry Dr

From September 15 to October 13, there will be work in the Mulberry Dr subdivision and sections will be closed for construction. Barricades will be up until the work has been completed. One Lane Closure - 10 N 3rd St.

From September 18 to October 7th, there will be work being performed in front of 10 N 3rd St, This will involve a boom lift and when the lift is in use, the right lane will be blocked. Lane Shift - Earl Ave.

EMERGENCY REPAIRS - Logan St (Please read)

?PLEASE BE ADVISED - THERE ARE EMERGENCY REPAIRS TAKING PLACE ON LOGAN. The Street Department is conducting Emergency repair work on Logan from 12th St to 14th. Lane Restriction - 9th and Kossuth

From October 2 to 3rd, there will be some restrictions to Northbound traffic on 9th St close to the corner of 9th and Kossuth by the Krug Restaurant. This should not close any roads, but may restrict some traffic flow during the day while work progresses.
