Lane Closure - Greenbush St from Elmwood to Sagamore

From March 21st to June 30th, Michels will be closing the East bound travel lane / turn lane / shoulder along Greenbush from 2175 Greenbush to Sagamore Pkwy. Traffic will be utilizing the shared center lane when possible - flaggers will there when necessary as well. Lane Restrictions - Entire Southlea Subdivision

From March 22 to December 31, there will be gas line work in the entire Southlea Subdivision. Bound by Beck Lane, S 9th St, Twyckenham, and S 18th St, activity will be centered in the subdivison along with supplies/equipment and care will be taken to minimize disruption to the flow of traffic. Lane Shifts - Columbia and 5th St.

From March 30 to July 1st, Milestone will be working on Phase VII of the Lafayette Streetscape Project on Columbia and 5th St. This will involve lane shifts on Columbia starting at 6th St, and lane shifts on 5th between South and Columbia. The roads will not be closed, traffic will just be shifted. Parking will be unavailable on Columbia from 6th St to 4th St, and on 5th St between South and Columbia. Lane Restriction - Kossuth

From April 4th to June 30th, Midwest Paving will be doing work alongside the North and South sides of Kossuth, moving from 18th to Earl. Lane Shift - Columbia St

From April 29th to August 15, Milestone will be working on Columbia, just West of 6th St, and continue South to 5th st. Traffic is being shifted to the North lane while work is happening on the South lane. Parking will be unavailable in this area during this construction period. Lane Closure - Concord Rd from Brady to Teal

Closure - South 4th St.

From May 12 to July 14, the section of S 4th St between the intersections Fountain and Kossuth will be reduced to a single lane for construction. There will be signage to indicate the areas of construction and traffic signals at each end to allow for traffic flow. Lane Closure - Sagamore Pkwy S from Main to Teal

From May 15 to July 14, Michels will close the Western-most Southbound lane on Sagamore Pkwy from Main St to Teal Rd to allow for materials and equipment to come in and out. Lane Closure - Eastbound Main St (State Rd 38 E)

From May 24 to June 23, the right turn lane on Eastbound Main St, turning South onto Sagamore Pkwy will be closed for a gas main installation. Flaggers will be utilized to alert and direct traffic. Lane Restriction - 3819 S Creasy Ln

One day between May 25 and September 1, Duke Energy will be closing one lane of Northbound traffic, (probably the turn off into Sam's club) to work on an electrical pole near 3819 S Creasy Ln. Lane Closure - Cedar Ln

From May 30th to June 23rd, a section of Cedar Rd between Mulberry and Hemlock will be closed for the rerouting of a water line. Construction will be around three weeks, weather permitting, and the area will be barricaded off. Ongoing Lane Restoration Work - Kossuth St from 4th St through 18th St. (NEW INFO ADDED - 20th to 24th)

There will be ongoing restoration work happening on Kossuth St from 4th St through 18th St over the next few weeks. Crews be working during the day on various project spots. Vehicle traffic should take note that this may at times cause delays and bottlenecks, but it will not stop the flow of traffic, nor will it completely close a road unless otherwise noted on the city calendar. NOTICE: From the 20th until the 24th, the intersections of Kossuth and 18th and Kossuth and Main will be being milled. This will cause stops and delays, please seek an alternate route if possible. Please plan accordingly.

Closure - 4th St and Teal (Please Read!)

Subdivision Closure - Hedgewood

?From June 15 to June 28, there will be milling and paving of the whole subdivision of Hedgewood. This will restrict traffic to one lane, no parking signs will be posted, and flaggers will be present on site. Due to the restrictions and presence of construction equipment, please drive with caution if you need to go through this area, but alternate routes are advised. Lane Closure - Teal Rd (Hwy 52) from Brothers to Concord

From June 16 to July 21, the East bound right lane and shoulder of Teal Rd will be closed for work on a gas line replacement, from Brother St to Concord. One of the two lanes will remain open during this time, but be alert to the cones and flaggers that will be on site to direct traffic and work vehicles in the area. Sidewalk Closure - Franciscan Health East

From June 19 to June 30th, there will be a sidewalk closure on St Francis Way, located on the South side of Franciscan Health East. (1701 S Creasy Ln) Approximately 50 ft of sidewalk will be closed while work is being done, signage and traffic barriers will be in place to alert pedestrians away from the area. From June 20th to 22nd, there will be street repairs at the intersection of Beck and 9th St. The light will be set to blinking red during this time. Lane Closure / Lane Shift - 5th St and Columbia

From June 22 to August 31, there will be street closures and lane shifts as part of Lafayette Streetscape Phase VII. 5th St Southbound will be closed to traffic between Columbia and South St. Columbia St, between 4th St and 5th St will have their lane shift to the North, and there will be no parking allowed on this section of Columbia during this time.
