The Columbian Trail weaves in and around Columbian Park. Walkers will be entertained by the beauty of the park, the attractions, and the many people.
Rental Facilities
There are 18 shelters available to rent at Columbian Park. Shelters are priced by location, size, and amenities. Prices range from $50.00 to $125.00.The majority of the shelters in Columbian Park are located off of Park Avenue, in the green space between the SIA playground and Jenks' Rest. Another is located in the lagoon off of Scott Street, between Jenks' Rest and the Rush Pavilion. The last in located off of Scott Street, between the water reservoir and Tropicanoe Cove.Please see the Columbian Park Picnic Shelter Map for more location details.
Shelter Rental Payment
The shelters are available to rent for a daily basis (10:00 AM - dusk) on each day of the week. To check availability and rent a shelter, please call the Parks Administrative Office at (765) 807-1500 or visit us at:

We gladly accept credit and debit card transactions over the phone. Cash or personal check payments must be completed in person in the Parks Administrative Office.
