Summer Camp
Get your bathing suits ready, it is time for fun in the sun with your friends! McAllister Recreation Center offers kids a chance to be active during summer break. Campers visit the department's aquatic facilities and other parks throughout the city. Other activities include movies, bowling, and nature field trips. Summer camp is offered to kids ages 6-12 years. The camp program meets for 12 weeks throughout the summer.
Summer Camp 2023
- Registration Begins: January 2, 2023
- Registration Fee: $50 per child (non-refundable)
- Dates: May 25 - August 14
- Time: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Before/After Care Services: 7:30 a.m. -.9 a.m. and 4 - 5:30 p.m.
- Fee (Weekly): $120 per child for the first 2 children and $90 per each additional child. Includes before and after care services
- Fee (Daily): $45 per child (No discount for 3 or more children)
- Date to Finalize Financially Obligated Weeks: May 8, 2023
- Camper and Parent Orientation Meeting: May 17, 2023 at 7 p.m.
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS:
- If you sign up between January 2nd & January 31st, you will receive a 10% weekly price discount per child per week.
- If you sign up between February 1st & February 28th, you will receive a 5% weekly price discount per child per week.
***There is no discount for a daily rate.
