Signal Re-Construction at the intersection 5th Street and South Street 10/19/20 to 11/16/20. This is not a road closure. This is to notify that the signal will be removed and during construction the intersection will become a 2-way stop. There will be 2 stop signs, Northbound 5th Street and Southbound 5th Street.
