Lafayette Police Arrest Suspect in Child Exploitation

On Wednesday June 18th, 2020, the Lafayette Police Department arrested Scottie Anthrop (38) for Child Exploitation.  This investigation began after information was received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the distribution and possession of child pornography. 

Investigators from the Lafayette Police Department and the Tippecanoe County High Tech Crimes Unit took part in the investigation.  A search warrant was served in the 1900 block of Arlington Rd, leading to the arrest of Anthrop.
