LAFAYETTE, INDIANA –
On January 31, 2021, at 2:40pm, the Lafayette Police responded to 510 Sagamore Parkway North (McDonalds) for the report of a domestic battery occurring in the parking lot. The involved parties of the domestic battery had left the scene in a vehicle prior to officer’s arrival, but witnesses of the battery caught the incident on video, which was subsequently circulated on social media.
