Highway Interdiction Team Makes Arrest for Dealing Methamphetamine

On April 11th, 2019 at 9:17pm Officers with the Highway Interdiction Team conducted a traffic stop on a white Chrysler 300 on Interstate 65 at the 169 southbound mile marker.  The Officer observed the vehicle driving left of center and conducted a traffic stop for this infraction.  During the traffic stop the driver, Thomas Centano (41) of Lagrange, IL provided false identification. 

A police k9 alerted to the odor of narcotics coming from the vehicle.  Officers searched the vehicle, and Centano and located 166.8 grams of methamphetamine and $1,965 in currency.

Centano was arrested for Dealing Methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
