Lafayette Police Investigating an Overnight Armed Robbery

On Wednesday December 18th, 2019 at 12:01 am, the Lafayette Police Department responded to a report of an armed robbery at Clark Liquors, 250 S 4th St, Lafayette, IN.  The clerk reported that a black male displayed a handgun and demanded money from the register.  The clerk was not injured during the robbery.  The suspect was described as being 5’4” to 5’8” tall, weight 140 to 160 pounds.  

Images of the suspect were captured on the store surveillance cameras.  If anyone has information about this robbery or recognizes the suspect, they are asked to contact the Lafayette Police Department at 765-807-1200.  Information can also be provided anonymously at the WeTip Hotline at 800-78-CRIME.
