    Bowen Engineering will be closing Grove St. between S. 14th St. & S. 17th St. for the installation of a new sanitary sewer main. Closure will be from Mon. 3/26/18 to approximately Fri. 5/25/18. Working hours will be 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Contractor has been in contact with the residents via door to door visits and fliers. Through traffic will not be permitted and access will be restored as quickly as possible. Traffic control will be in place - there will be signage, barrels and barricades.   4. Lane Restrictions-US 52 South between Teal Rd & CR 775 E also Teal Rd from 30th St to US 52 S.

    Rieth-Riley will be having numerous lane restrictions and closures throughout the project. Lane restrictions and closures will begin on Teal Rd. from S. 30th St. to US 52 S. They will continue at the intersection of Teal Rd. and US 52 S. heading South to the end of the project at CR 775 E. Contractor will be sending in updates throughout the project so that any modifications can be added to the road closure request, keeping it current. Traffic control will be in place at all times.     Milestone Contractors will be closing South St. on April 2nd before rush hour traffic. Two sections will be closed to traffic. South St. will be closed between Earl Ave. & Sagamore Pkwy. South St. will be closed between Sagamore Pkwy. and Hamman St. Businesses along the closed section can be accessed using Sagamore Pkwy. (Sagamore Pkwy. will remain open during construction). The eastbound detour for the through traffic will be diverted to Earl Ave., then Union St., then to Creasy Ln. and back to South St. The westbound detour for the through traffic will be diverted to Creasy Ln., then Union St., then to Earl Ave. and back to South St. Traffic Control signage, barricades and barrels will be in place.     Patton Construction will have Lane Restrictions on S. 18th St. between Central St. & King St. for the hydro-excavating and installation of a new gas main. Contractors will have vehicles along the West side of S. 18th St. to install main. Once complete, will switch to the East side to install main. Watch for Cones/Signs/Flaggers to keep traffic flowing.     With Two at the Zoo, young children can learn with their favorite play partner - you! Classes are drop-in, and include on-your-own exploratory play time featuring educational stations with zoo artifacts (like feathers, shells, puppets and replicas), crafts, sensory bins, and an animal encounter. Program length varies based on participant preferences; drop-in window is two hours - stay and play as long as you’d like! This program is for children 2 years of age, plus one adult caregiver.

    Perfect for the young teen with a deep love of wildlife or an interest in animal-related careers, Discovery Workshops delve into issues related to zookeeping and wildlife conservation. Through hands-on explorations and discussions with zoo staff, students will have the chance to make new friends and discover what animal careers are all about. Each session focuses on a different aspect of working with and around animals. Interactions with live animals included in all sessions. Behind-the-scenes access and exhibit tours included, weather-permitting. Close-toed shoes required for participation. This program is for ages 12 - 14 years old.
